JEREMY Clarkson’s girlfriend, Lisa Hogan, has spoken out with an update on the TV legend following his cancer diagnosis.
The former Top Gear host, 66, revealed last night that he has been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Lisa shared a picture of Jeremy sitting in their garden.
The Diddly Squat owner was relaxing while using a camera as he appeared to be snapping nearby nature.
She wrote: “Back at the farm,” while relaxing after spending time at Royal Ascot the day before.
Lisa then re-shared a post by Prostate Cancer UK about Jeremy’s diagnosis, writing over it: “Thank you for all the support today. @prostatecanceruk”.
Jeremy has been dating Irish former model Lisa since 2017 when they were introduced via mutual friends, and she helps to run Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire.
Jeremy revealed he is battling cancer in his Amazon Prime series, Clarkson’s Farm.
He is seen grappling with the diagnosis in the last two episodes – which were released last night on Prime Video, and filmed between Sept 2024 and Aug 2025.
During the episodes, Jeremy is seen revealing the news before later being filmed in a hospital bed ahead of undergoing treatment.
As he discusses harvesting the farm, Jeremy breaks off and leans back into his seat before saying: “I’ve got cancer.”
A shocked Kaleb replies: “No, you haven’t. Where?”
Jeremy adds: “Where it is is of no concern of anybody. I’ve known since May.
“I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early so the treatment will be, you know.

“I was praying we could get the harvest done and then I could go and get some treatment but it’s going to be slap bang in the middle.”
Kaleb wipes away tears and says: “Look after yourself, you go and do…if you need anything just ring.”
The Who Wants to Be a Millionaire presenter was sat down talking to Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland when he first revealed the news.
Ahead of them airing, the TV legend warned fans the show would be “a difficult watch” as he begins his battle against the cruel disease.
