SABRINA CARPENTER made a surprise appearance at the World Cup as she watched one of the comebacks of the tournament so far.
The Espresso singer swapped the stage and audio booth for an afternoon at the football.
She was seen in the stands at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey as Ecuador beat Germany 2-1.
The South American nation looked set to crash out of the tournament after failing to win either of their first two games, while four-time winners Germany had won both of theirs so far.
And it looked to be more of the same story seen in Group E when Leroy Sane opened the scoring inside two minutes.
However, Sabrina was in for a real treat as she watched the game with the aid of some binoculars.
Ecuador, who had come second in Conmebol qualifying behind only World champions Argentina, mounted an incredible comeback to ensure their World Cup campaign was not Short n’ Sweet.
Goals from Nilson Angulo and Gonzalo Plata put Ecuador through into the Round of 32 as one of the best third-place qualifiers.
It meant Sabrina, 27, was witness to jubilant scenes from La Tri as boss Sebastian Beccacece went full “Spider-Man” by climbing into the stands to celebrate the dramatic victory.
First, he celebrated in a tight huddle with his staff, then he made a beeline for the seating behind the dugout and began SCALING the stand.
Beccacece climbed up to a barrier where his loved ones appeared to be sitting, initiated a group hug and held on for dear life.
Fans elsewhere inside the MetLife were crying tears of joy as the Ecuador players celebrated together, including Chelsea‘s Moises Caicedo, who lay on his back on the floor.
