The Princess of Wales and her daughter Princess Charlotte delighted tennis fans when the royals attended the Men’s Singles Final between Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev on Sunday (July 12) afternoon
Princess Kate Middleton, along with her husband Prince William, headed to Wimbledon for the finals around 2:30pm with their two children Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 11. While the family took their seats in the front row of the royal box to witness the highly-anticipated moment Sinner retained his Wimbledon crown over Zverev, many fans couldn’t help but notice one adorable moment between Kate and her daughter Charlotte.
In a clip shared on X, it shows the adorable mother-daughter bond as the pair enjoy a conversation with one another. Kate appears to be clearly explaining something to her daughter who gently nods in agreement.
Seconds later Kate makes a joke with Charlotte which then leads to the pair giggling together. Charlotte looks at her mum in total awe as the cameras then turn to the court.

The person wrote: “Awww! The Princess of Wales and Princess Charlotte chatting away, before realising they’re on the big screen and giggling.”
In the comments section, one said: “A beautiful reminder that behind the titles, they’re simply a mother and daughter enjoying the day together.”
Another added: “Kate and Charlotte’s giggles are pure joy. Love this moment.” While a third added: “This is absolutely precious. Their bond is so beautiful to watch!”
Others in the comments section couldn’t help but notice how much she resembles another royal. Someone chimed in: “Charlotte is the spitting image of her father.” While another agreed: “She looks so much like her father!”
Meanwhile Prince George exposed his “true colours” at Wimbledon as he also watched the tennis with his family. A certain moment seemed to capture a lot of people’s attention as the future King donned a sun hat to protect himself from the rays.
When George paired it with his sunglasses, he began playing with it, which had his mum and sister “cracking up”. It appears the moment showed the young royal’s great sense of humour.
Many people even went on to say how it shows his similarities with dad William. One said: “It shows they’re human after all. Decides to play with his hat. Good going Prince George.”
Also at the Wimbledon last week, Queen Camilla drew people’s eyes to something unexpected when she attempted to cool down during the heatwave.
The royal was seen holding a fan to try and keep cool during the hot weather on Wednesday (July 8), but people didn’t expect the moment to play out as it did.
