Jason Aldean & Luke Bryan Announce Double Down Tour

In April, the two country superstars revealed they’d be hitting the road together on a tour titled the Double Down Tour.

The tour consists of four dates all over the country and has Gavin Adcock, Dasha, Chase Matthew, Jon Pardi, Dylan Scott, Lauren Watkins, Dee Jay Silver, and DJ Rock as supporting acts.

The singers celebrated their opening night in Montana on social media, with a joint social media post that read:

“Couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off the #DoubleDownTour. Thanks y’all for coming out in Missoula. San Diego, DC, & Vegas, we’re headed your way next!”

The duo sang each other’s songs, performed their duet “Songs About Us,” and even included a classic cover!

Jason & Luke Pay Tribute To Brooks & Dunn

A few songs into their set, Luke Bryan turned to Jason Aldean and declared that they needed to take a tequila shot before the next song.

Knowing it likely wouldn’t be the last time his longtime friend pressured him into a drink that night, Jason joked to the crowd, “I don’t know what kinda shape I’m gonna be in by the end of this show, so I’m gonna apologize in advance to you guys tonight.”

Luke then hinted that what was coming next would be worth capturing, encouraging fans to pull out their phones.

“I want all of this on TikTok tonight. TikTok the h*ll out of this,” he told the audience.

Jason quickly fired back with a warning: “Careful what you wish for, Luke.”

Moments later, the two launched into Brooks & Dunn’s 1991 hit, “Neon Moon,” sending the crowd into a frenzy. Judging by the audience’s reaction, and the sea of phones held high, Luke’s request to record the performance proved to be the right call.

The pair’s next show is on August 16th in San Diego, California, so we will see if they continue to perform “Neon Moon,” or if they will switch it out for another cover!
