MEGHAN MARKLE REPORTEDLY FINDS A NEW ESCAPE IN THE COTSWOLDS — DUCHESS ‘LOVES’ REFORMER PILATES AS SHE SETTLES INTO UK LIFE

Meghan Markle has reportedly found a new way to unwind as she adjusts to life in the Cotswolds — and insiders claim the Duchess of Sussex has quickly become a regular at a private wellness club.
The 45-year-old is said to have been attending reformer Pilates classes at the “Wellness Barn” inside Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire after returning to Britain last month with Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five.
According to a source, Meghan has taken to the sessions enthusiastically.
“Meghan absolutely loves reformer Pilates,” the insider claimed.
The source added that the classes have given her an opportunity to relax while meeting people in the area.
“It’s a great way for her to unwind as well as make new friends in the area,” they said.
“Meghan has become a regular at the classes inside the Wellness Barn and she’s chatty and polite. Everyone in the classes gives her space. It’s a very tranquil setting and no one wants to disturb her peace.”

The reported routine comes as Meghan and Harry adjust to a major change in family life following their return to Britain.
A Quieter Routine After A Stressful Start
The Sussexes have faced some unwanted attention since settling back in the UK.
Meghan reportedly came under stress after her phone number was leaked from a WhatsApp group involving parents at her children’s school.
Harry and Meghan also withdrew Archie and Lilibet from their first school after concerns were raised about security during their journeys and around the school itself.
The children have since enrolled at another school.
Against that backdrop, the reported Pilates sessions appear to offer Meghan a quieter space away from the scrutiny surrounding her family.
Reformer Pilates is commonly associated with improving posture, building whole-body strength and supporting relaxation, while the controlled exercises are also often promoted as a way to reduce stress.
For Meghan, the setting may also offer something beyond exercise: a chance to establish a familiar routine in a part of Britain that is still relatively new to her.
Inside Soho Farmhouse

Soho Farmhouse is a private members’ club in Oxfordshire that has long attracted high-profile visitors.
Membership is reported to cost around £4,500 a year, with access to more than 50 clubs around the world.
Its “Wellness Barn” provides a more secluded environment for fitness and wellbeing activities, making it a natural setting for someone seeking privacy.
Meghan has also previously appeared in Pilates poses in photographs shared online, suggesting that the activity is not entirely new to her.
But the reported regular sessions suggest it may now be becoming part of her everyday routine in Britain.
Meghan And Harry Embrace Cotswolds Life

The Pilates reports come as Meghan and Harry appear to be gradually building a more private life in the English countryside.
The couple returned to the UK last month with Archie and Lilibet, after spending years living in the United States.
They have since been spotted enjoying more relaxed moments away from formal royal events.
As reported by HELLO!, Meghan was recently seen at the Falkland Arms in Great Tew, another Cotswolds location that has featured in MobLand.

The publication reported that despite only becoming official residents of the area weeks earlier, Harry and Meghan had already welcomed friends from the US and were photographed enjoying a fish and chip lunch at the pub.
From countryside lunches to private wellness sessions, the glimpses emerging from their new life are markedly more low-key than the couple’s highly publicised years in California.
And if the insider’s account is accurate, Meghan may already have found one small but important part of her new British routine — a quiet Pilates class where she can simply switch off.
