House of the Dragon Season 1
During the royal hunt for Prince Aegon Targaryen’s second nameday, Jason vied for Princess Rhaenyra’s hand. Although King Viserys hoped to secure a marriage pact, Rhaenyra firmly rejected the Lannister lord. Later in the hunt, Jason presented the king with a spear to kill a captive hart. At the same event, Jason boldly questioned the line of succession, after which Viserys sternly reminded him of his duty to report any treason.
