Princess Eugenie’s Portugal Escape Offers A Striking Contrast To Beatrice’s Life Amid The York Family Storm

As the controversy surrounding Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson’s connections to Jeffrey Epstein continues to cast a shadow over the York family, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have found themselves navigating the fallout in very different ways.

One waiter claimed the couple had visited several times with friends and said their mothers had also been there on multiple occasions, although he said he had never seen Andrew.

There has also been local speculation that Sarah Ferguson has visited Melides to help Eugenie following the birth of her fifth grandchild.

Those reports have not changed the broader picture: Eugenie and Jack appear to have created a life that moves between two countries while keeping much of their private world away from public view.

The controversy surrounding the York family has placed enormous pressure on both sisters.
