Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s impending return to Britain has taken another intriguing turn after reports claimed the Sussexes secretly visited the Cotswolds in July while exploring potential homes and schools for their children.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to return to the UK later this month, with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet already reportedly enrolled in British schools ahead of the September term.
Now, fresh claims suggest the couple may have quietly been laying the groundwork for their new life in Britain weeks before their return was publicly revealed.
According to reports, Harry and Meghan made a private trip to the Cotswolds in July. Meghan is also said to have privately toured two schools in the area, according to a source cited by the Daily Mail. Those claims have not been independently verified.
The reported visit has fuelled speculation that the Sussexes could eventually settle in a property owned by a celebrity.
However, the couple’s precise location remains tightly protected. British media organisations have reportedly been instructed not to disclose the location of their future family home or the schools attended by Archie and Lilibet.
The family is expected to live in a private, non-royal residence outside London rather than return to an official royal property.
