Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to be joined by their children on their first joint visit to the UK since 2022. The couple will have Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in tow as Harry appears in Birmingham for the 2027 Invictus Games countdown event.
Archie and Lilibet, now aged seven and five, have not travelled to the UK since the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022. The visit also coincided with Lilibet’s first birthday, with the family having hosting a party for their daughter at their former UK base, Frogmore Cottage.
The siblings could be set to reunite with their paternal grandfather, King Charles, next month, but there are three royals that they are very unlikely to see during their upcoming trip.
With the trip having been confirmed, the King has also reportedly offered the family a stay at a royal residence during their trip.
Prince William’s children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, will likely not see their cousins during their visit, with royal expert Amanda Matta recently telling Page Six that “there is no indication” that a meeting between them will be held this summer.
The reason behind the unlikeliness of a meeting is particularly due to the ongoing feud between Harry and William.
She added: “Even if relations are gradually improving, the Wales household likely has a full schedule already in place for the summer, and any reunion involving the cousins would require tons of planning and goodwill from all parties involved.

It remains unknown if George, Charlotte and Louis have ever met Lilibet. The last known outing they had with Archie was just two months after his birth.
Royal reporter Emily Nash also told Page Six that it’s “far too soon to say” if the cousins will gather, but added that she doesn’t expect a reunion during this visit.
Ms Nash added: “I mean, you never know. If it was part of a wider family gathering, it’s possible they could be at the same place at the same time. But, you know, given the very fractious nature of the relationship between William and Harry, I don’t see them rushing to spend time together just because Harry’s back in the UK.”
