‘The Price Is Right’ Contestant Screams and Jumps After Winning More Than $53,000 in Prizes
A dream prize haul sent The Price Is Right contestant Irene West into a frenzy of excitement after she won a stylish living room set, a television, a car and an overseas holiday — taking home prizes worth a total of $53,326.
West’s memorable appearance originally aired on June 30, 2026, and the game show shared highlights from her victory on Instagram on August 24. The post celebrated her remarkable run with the caption, “The odds were in her favor.”

A Winning Bid Earns West a Spot on Stage
West began her successful run by bidding $2,300 on a three-night stay at Portola Hotel & Spa in Monterey Bay, California. Her offer was the highest, and with the trip’s actual retail price standing at $3,382, she won the prize and advanced to the stage for another chance to win big.
Her next challenge was Coming or Going, where she competed for a living room package featuring a sofa, chair, ottoman and coffee table, along with a 75-inch Samsung QLED 4K television.
The game required her to arrange the displayed numbers to select the correct price: either $4,807 or $7,084. West went with $7,084.
“$7,084? Let’s give it to her,” host Drew Carey announced as the price was revealed. When the numbers lit up to confirm her answer was correct, Carey responded, “Yes, of course.”
West could barely contain herself. She shrieked and jumped up and down as the win was confirmed, securing the furniture and television for her home.
Her excitement continued at the Big Wheel, where she spun a score of .80 — enough to send her through to the Showcase.

A Showcase Win Takes Her Total Beyond $53,000
West’s impressive run reached its high point in the Showcase round. She bid $37,000 on a prize package that included a Hyundai Venue SEL, a six-night trip to San Sebastián, Spain, a Polaroid camera with five film packs, and an outdoor kitchen set.
The actual retail value of the package was $42,697, leaving a difference of $5,697 between the price and her bid.
That proved close enough to beat her opponent, Allison, giving West the Showcase victory and all the prizes included in it. Combined with her earlier wins, she walked away with a total prize haul worth $53,326.
Fans Celebrate the Contestant’s Big Win

Viewers took to the comments to congratulate West and share in her excitement.
“Nice win!” one fan wrote, while another encouraged her to “Enjoy your living room,” adding clapping emojis. A third simply praised her performance, commenting, “Great job.”
West’s enthusiastic reaction and impressive collection of prizes made her appearance a standout moment for fans of the long-running game show.
The Price Is Right is expected to return for Season 55 in September 2026, although an official premiere date has not yet been announced. The new season is scheduled for CBS at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. CT.
