Royal fans have issued a major complaint about Meghan Markle’s latest video. The Duchess of Sussex appeared in a new video for her lifestyle brand, As Ever, this week.
In the video, Meghan is seen carrying a basket full of produce before another clip shows her walking towards the camera, smiling. Another clip shows the duchess posing, seemingly relaxed, while holding a cup of tea. She is wearing a pair of white jeans and a blue striped shirt and sporting a bare face.
However, some fans were not impressed with the Duchess’s makeup choice.

The Duchess has sported a “no-makeup” look on various occasions over the past two years, including during her surprise appearance in France last year for Paris Fashion Week.
One fan wrote on X: “For the love of God, woman!! Put the makeup back on. This no-makeup-makeup experiment is a disaster.”
Another one opined: “Her problem is she has a masculine face and body. The no-makeup thing only works when your feminine features are delicate but definite.”
A third one said: “It’s so 1983.”

A fifth one then added: “She will continue this look for as long as it is SoCal trendy.”
A sixth one wrote: “Meghan, please start wearing eye makeup again. This no eyeshadow, liner, mascara look does you no favours.”
In the latest newsletter to her As Ever customers, Meghan revealed her tips for setting up the perfect summer table.
She wrote in the newsletter: “The best summer tables are often the simplest. A loaf of crusty bread. Good cheese. Fresh fruit from the market. Something chilled to pour. A collection of little things guests can enjoy at their own pace.
“For a board that feels effortless yet abundant, we reach for Raspberry Spread alongside soft cheeses, Orange Marmalade with aged cheddar, and our Honey Duo for a paired tasting with fruit, warm bread, or creamy chèvre. Pack everything into a basket, or settle around a table in the shade, and let the afternoon unfold.”
It comes as the Duchess braces to make a bombshell return to the UK next month, for the first time in four years.
Meghan will join her husband, Prince Harry, back on home soil for the One Year to Go event for the Invictus Games in 2027, in Birmingham.
The Sussexes are reportedly bringing their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, with them.
