PRINCE WILLIAM ‘DOESN’T THINK HARRY AND MEGHAN WILL LAST SIX MONTHS IN BRITAIN’ — HIS REPORTED VERDICT AS THE BROTHERS REMAIN APART

Prince William has reportedly reached a stark conclusion about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s return to Britain — and it suggests he does not expect their latest chapter in the UK to last.
The Prince of Wales is yet to reunite with his younger brother and sister-in-law since the couple returned to Britain at the end of August. According to a source cited by Closer, William believes Harry and Meghan may already be on borrowed time.
“William doesn’t believe they’ll even last another six months,” the source claimed.
The reported assessment comes as the Sussexes settle into life in the Cotswolds while facing a series of challenges, from their children’s schooling to ongoing questions over their security arrangements.
WILLIAM ‘EXPECTS THEM TO GIVE UP’

Harry and Meghan have reportedly been considering a return to the United States, despite having only recently moved back to Britain.
According to the Closer source, William expects the couple to eventually abandon their UK plans once they realise they cannot secure everything they want.
“He’s counting on them giving up and moving back to America as soon as they realise they can’t just bulldoze their way into getting everything they want,” the source claimed.
William is also reportedly keeping his distance from the Sussexes’ ongoing security dispute.
The source alleged that the future King is deliberately staying out of the battle because he fears any involvement could later be used against him by Harry.
“He’s staying out of this security battle because he knows anything he does will be used against him by Harry,” the source said, adding that William is instead “giving that a wide berth”.

REPORTED TENSION OVER KING CHARLES
The source also claimed William is frustrated by what he sees as his father’s willingness to give Harry and Meghan considerable latitude.
“It’s very hard for William to watch his father being so soft on them,” the insider said.
According to the source, William “truly cannot understand why Charles is giving them so much latitude after everything that’s happened”.
The reported tension comes as Harry continues to maintain a relationship with his father despite the wider family rift.
William is also said to be particularly unhappy about Harry’s reported association with Charles Spencer, Earl Spencer, at a time when his forthcoming memoir has been generating controversy.
The source claimed William sees Harry’s decision to remain close to Spencer as “blatantly disrespectful”, particularly alongside Harry’s reported plans for a documentary focusing on his late mother, Princess Diana.
HARRY AND WILLIAM REMAIN APART
William and Harry’s lack of a reunion remains one of the most striking elements of the Sussexes’ return.
While Harry and Meghan have established themselves in the Cotswolds and resumed a more visible presence in Britain, there has reportedly been no reconciliation between the brothers.
William was previously approached about similar projects concerning Diana, according to reports, but is said to have declined.

Harry’s plans have therefore added another potential source of friction between the brothers at a time when their relationship remains deeply strained.
For now, the Sussexes appear committed to their new life in Britain.
But if the Closer source is accurately reflecting William’s view, the future King is reportedly watching from a distance — and expecting Harry and Meghan’s latest UK chapter to end sooner rather than later.
