Prince Harry is reportedly discovering that life back in Britain comes with a far more demanding routine than he may have expected.

According to an insider cited by Heatworld, the Duke of Sussex is facing “a whole lot more pressure” since returning to the UK with Meghan Markle and their children — with the source claiming he now has “absolutely zero time to himself”.

The couple are said to have adopted a “divide and conquer” approach as they settle into their new routine, with Meghan focusing on the children and her lifestyle brand, As Ever, while Harry takes on a heavier load of public and professional commitments.

“Her view is that they should divide and conquer and Harry agrees,” the insider claimed.

HARRY’S PACKED ROUTINE

The arrangement is reportedly leaving Harry with little breathing room.

The source claimed that whenever Harry finishes work, he is expected to return home to give Meghan a break from parenting duties.

“It does mean a whole lot more pressure on his shoulders and absolutely zero time to himself because the moment he’s free from work he’s got to rush home to give Meghan a break from parenting duties,” the insider said.

At the same time, Harry is reportedly trying to make the most of the family’s return to Britain by pursuing further professional opportunities.

According to the source, the Duke was “adamant” that the move would help him “bring in more money” and is now reportedly “running from one gig to the next”.

But his ambitions allegedly extend beyond his own career.

THE PROMISE HARRY MADE TO MEGHAN

The insider claimed Harry has also been using his network to look for opportunities for Meghan.

“At the same time he’s working all his contacts to find other opportunities, and not just for himself, he wants to open doors for Meghan too, he promised her he would,” the source claimed.

That reported division of responsibilities appears to have created a very different daily rhythm for the couple.

The insider described Harry as staying out late “schmoozing”, while Meghan reportedly goes to bed earlier so she can be up with the children before heading straight into work after the school run.

The claims suggest that, despite living in the same country again, Harry and Meghan may be spending increasing amounts of time apart because their responsibilities now look very different.

SCHOOLING ADDS ANOTHER CHALLENGE

The family’s return has also reportedly brought complications surrounding Archie and Lilibet’s schooling.

In September, the couple announced that their children had been moved to another school because of security concerns linked to traffic in the area.

Reports claimed a journey that had taken around 35 minutes during the summer had stretched to around an hour once normal traffic returned.

The change came as the Sussexes continued to navigate questions surrounding their security arrangements in Britain.

THE SECURITY QUESTION REMAINS

Harry and Meghan lost their automatic police protection in 2020 after stepping back from their roles as working royals and moving to the United States.

Following their return to the UK last month, their security arrangements were reviewed by the Royal and VIP Executive Committee, known as RAVEC.

The outcome of that review has yet to be revealed.

For Harry, that leaves several pressures unfolding at once: rebuilding professional opportunities, supporting Meghan’s ambitions, helping with their children and navigating the unresolved question of security.

And if the insider’s account is accurate, his return to Britain has left him with considerably less personal time than he may have anticipated.
